Extreme con artist whom takes your money without providing service. They connive with Europcar as the car rental company whom refused to change my insurance to premium but kept over R4000 being my deposit without providing any service. My advice is to keep away from Car Flexi being in cahoots with Europcar
Worst bank ever. Bank app will not allow me to institute a recurring payment from my trust account, although I did so in the past and have a few currently in operation. I logged a complaint and received a reply that it may take up to 30 days to investigate. This is after my initial complaint which was only responded to in 3 days stating that this practice is no longer operational . The total lack of knowledge and experience of ABSA bank staff is frightening - yet ABSA continue to charge exorbitant fees
ABSA changed their internet banking app recently - This is an absolute disaster. I lost all my recurring payment beneficiaries and the timed out on payment after probably 20 seconds. The security systems on the old website were also far superior to that currently employed. WHY DO A BANK CHANGE AND DOWNGRADE A PERFECTLY WORKING SYSTEM. Absolutely a disgrace
Ticketmaster must be one of the worst sites to do business in. It is exclusively poor in addressing a simple enquiry as to book a ticket. It is definitely not user friendly and exhibits extraordinary poor responses as not showing if a performance is full or initially how to view seats. It also harpers on amending passwords why I dont know. It cannot be so difficult to have a simple booking system
My Audi Q3 is still under motorplan. Last week I arrived home after 30 days away and the car would not start. Audi responded and within an hour was at my house and established the battery was flat. They jumpstarted the car and drove it to the workshop in Somerset. This battery was but 4 months old having been replaced previously under similar circumstances. I have now been without a vehicle for 6 days without even a single courtesy message from Audi indicating the way forward. I today called the workshop and Audi now maintains that I have to pay R7000 for this repair (R4500 new battery plus R2500 installation - what a *******) as it is not covered by my maintenance plan. Nowhere in the maintenance plan is this aspect addressed - this is pure daylight ******* by Audi. Beware of so called motor plans by Audi as it is not worth the paper it is written on

Beware of purchasing any item through Cartpanda. Many problems are experienced, all to the purchasers detriment. They firstly added an item not ordered onto my order without displaying same or the full purchase value. This additional cost was only noted on my credit card provisional statement. They further maintain that they have a refund policy provided the request is submitted within 7 days but do not provide access codes within the first 7 days to allow access to your order and thus no cancellations or refunds can be requested. Be very careful of this company
I ordered 1 product from Cartpanda for a price of R695.24 and which amount I authorised. Suddenly after finalisation of the order a I noted a further unauthorised further debit of R967.76 which was added to my bill which included a further product I did not order. Be aware this seems to be this companies claim to fame adding products and costs to your order without authorisation. I have now cancelled all and reported this as ***** to the credit card company. I cannot trust this company to repay this unauthorised expenditure. Beware all = big ****mers here
We arranged a holiday to Budapest, Vienna and Prague for 13 days in November 2024 through Amazing Holidays. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company. Everything was absolutely perfectly arranged=flights, hotels, inter city travel and even assistance with visas and travel insurance. Best of all was the cost of the holiday which was really most affordable. Thank you to all the staff at Amazing Holidays
My Audi A3 refused to start on Saturday morning. As it was still under guarantee by Audi I contacted them and they sent a technician out within an hour whom jump started the vehicle and said i need to drive it for an hour which i duly did. I then switched off the vehicle and it would again not start. Again I contacted Audi and they arranged for collection of my vehicle by tow on truck and transported it to Audi Century City on the Saturday. On Monday at approx 10h00 I phoned Audi Century City whom then had no knowledge of my vehicle. Eventually they found it and and then after 2 hours informed me that it was a defective battery but required a process of 24 h to verify this and that my vehicle can only be collected the following day. It is hard to believe that a defective battery takes 4 days to be replaced by Audi. Thank goodness it was not anything major - it may take a month or more
