I bought a cargo motors in Bedfordview then returned the item as it was the wrong part I had bought and was told it will be paid out on the next Monday...went to fill in forms on the 30th November thus was due to be refunded on the 8th December, to date I'm still waiting for my payment. I'm truly dissapointed and incovinienced. Zelda

I sent a truck in for programming on Thursday 03 July 2025 at Cargo motors airport. A week later, I haven't received any communication from the workshop. I have been calling but they put me in hold for +-5 minutes then the call is ended.

I had previously given them 5 starts on the sale of a vehicle. However, the service department is a horror movie. We have various vehicles that get serviced there. - Its really hard to get someone on a call or speak to someone regarding your vehicle. - Its even difficult to book a vehicle in. - They are overcharging on services. A service that takes 3 hours they bill 6 hours and say thats the tariff according to their system. If it had to take more hours youd definitely be billed more. - They hardly have stock of parts of even common vehicles like a Hyundai Staria. You have to wait weeks or months for a part under warranty. - They have gone from doing Merc, Jeep and Misibushi but now have Kia and Hyundai too with less staff. Penny pinching on service and parts stock. We have 2 hyundai starias and both had the same issue they blamed the diesel quality and are making us pay!!!!! We filled diesel at only our Caltex and Engen fuel stations

If I could give them no stars I would. I signed an OTP and transferred a R100 000 deposit into Cargo Motor’s account on the same day. We had to wait for the paperwork and car because it was over a weekend. On Monday our car landed in the pit while doing the roadworthy test. The ar was damabged and we decided to cancel the deal. 5 Days later, after numerous calls as well as a visit to the branch, we are still waiting for our depositi to be returned. After avoidance an numerous excuse upon excuse, we are sitting with one car after we sold our second car to settle a deposit. When the sale was on the table the service was great, but waiting over 5 working days for a deposit to be refunded is just unacceptable. Excuse after excuse we are still waiting for our deposit. We are in the process of purchasing another car, but we are unable to because we need the deposit money. I am not impressed with how much petrol is waited to share a car between my fiance and I to get to work. I am not impressed at all with this service.

Bought a Ford Kuga from Car-Go Motors Hillcrest KZN - Advertised the car with a new engine @ 16500km on the clock replaced by Ford. a week down the line, I complained about the clutch to shudder - they took the car on numerous test drives and said there is nothing wrong with the clutch. I took the car to Ford to assess the clutch - guess what.... the clutch was on its last legs. The replaced the clutch with a much cheaper brand doing a claim on my Motorite warranty. With a lot of other issues in-between. After 9 months the engine seized up. Car-Go said I must take it up with Ford they will not take responsibility. Ford told us only partial of the engine was replaced due to the recall. Car-Go **** to us from day 1. Our mechanic who is dealing with the engine repaired also looked at the clutch, it needs to be replaced once again as the cheap Chinese brand they used is wearing off after only less than 10 000km done since replaced. I will NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

FIAT/JEPPE BEDFORDVIEW SALES CONSULTANTS /PERSONNEL BAD SERVICES. A NON-CONFORMING GOOD DELIVERED. I am writing to formally report a negative experience I recently had with sales personnel at FIAT/JEPPE Bedfordview on 06-08/08/2023. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that improvements can be made in the quality of customer service provided by your team. The salesperson name is Rivaaj Manilall.I encountered several issues during my interaction with him. Lack of Product Knowledge: Despite my specific inquiries about the part needed (Sample of the old parts brought to his table) but seemed uncertain and unable to provide accurate part. A non-conforming part was ordered by him, and upon collection he made my staffs pay again to order for a conforming part by telling them 50% of non-conforming part he ordered by him will be forfeited. This left me feeling bitter. Poor Communication: The salesperson's communication was unclear and disoriented. Dismissive and evasive Attitude: I personally went back to collect the new part ordered but the sales personnel behavior was unexpected and disappointing. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns. As a customer, I believe in the value of exceptional service and a positive shopping experience. I would appreciate receiving an apology for the unsatisfactory service I received and assurance that steps are being taken to prevent such incidents in the future. IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO COME BACK WORST THAN WHEN IT WENT IN FOR A SERVICE THEN TAKE IT TO THE GLEN MERCEDES BENZ - CARGO MOTORS. THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THEY ARE JUST OVERALL PATHETIC. SENT AN EMAIL ON THE 20TH OF JANUARY TO THEIR SERVICE MANAGER, NO RESPONSE
