I bought a cargo motors in Bedfordview then returned the item as it was the wrong part I had bought and was told it will be paid out on the next Monday...went to fill in forms on the 30th November thus was due to be refunded on the 8th December, to date I'm still waiting for my payment. I'm truly dissapointed and incovinienced. Zelda
We booked a rental through this company and was requested to make an online payment, when we got to the Durban airport to collect the vehicle we were told an ITC check would be done, thereafter we were declined due to credit score thus we did not receive any rented car. We've been trying to get the money to be refunded back into my bank account with no luck. this company is quick to get payment but nowhere to be found to refund. I have sent them a dispute on their website explaining the problem. there has not been any feedback.... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPDATE MY CELL NUMBER WITH NO JOY....I WENT TO 2 PICK N PAY'S ALREADY AND BOTH WERE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST I CALLED IN THE CALL CENTRE STILL NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST...THIS BANK JUST MESSED UP MY WHOLE DAY!!!! I NEED TO PROCESS PAYMENT AND THE DELAY IS TYMEBANK AND THEIR MESSED UP SERVICE. 0/10
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPDATE THE DIRECTOR DETAILS...SINCE THE MONTH OF APRIL....EVERY REQUEST I PUT THROUGH IS DECLINED.....!!! I HAVE RECENTLY SUBMITTED ANOTHER REQUEST LAST WEEK WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WITH FRESHLY CERTIFIED COPIES REQUESTED BUT STILL I'M DECLINED I MADE SURE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE INCLUDED I CANT EVEN CONTACT THEM COS THE NUMBER TAKES ME STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL...CIPC IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME....ONE NEVER GETS A RESOULUTION....I'M NOW TIRED OF THIS EXERCISE....!!! <p>I lost my Phone on Sunday, called Mtn on Monday to block my phone and sim card. I was given a number to call to claim on Insurance ********** 084 by Anele reference number given ********** 3 I seem to be getting no joy as i held on for over an hour with no one answering. On Tuesday called the customer service number again and spoke to Zimasa i was now given a different number to call ********** 444 now this number didn't go through at all reference number for this call was ********** 13, on Wednesday afternoon I spoke to Sphiwe now he also gave me another contact number for insurance ********** 737, I called this number today and it took me through to Hammond Pole attorneys. all i'm asking for is to claim for my insurance the service i received is terrible as i don't understand why i couldnt be given the correct number from the beginning. i would assume Mtn prides itself in its service which does not seem to be the case. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH LAYING MY CLAIM FOR A NEW PHONE MY NUMBER IS ********** 840 contact me on ********** 874 since now i dont have a phone and all thanks to mtn and their stinky service.</p>
