FIAT/JEPPE BEDFORDVIEW SALES CONSULTANTS /PERSONNEL BAD SERVICES. A NON-CONFORMING GOOD DELIVERED. I am writing to formally report a negative experience I recently had with sales personnel at FIAT/JEPPE Bedfordview on 06-08/08/2023. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that improvements can be made in the quality of customer service provided by your team. The salesperson name is Rivaaj Manilall.I encountered several issues during my interaction with him. Lack of Product Knowledge: Despite my specific inquiries about the part needed (Sample of the old parts brought to his table) but seemed uncertain and unable to provide accurate part. A non-conforming part was ordered by him, and upon collection he made my staffs pay again to order for a conforming part by telling them 50% of non-conforming part he ordered by him will be forfeited. This left me feeling bitter.
Poor Communication: The salesperson's communication was unclear and disoriented.
Dismissive and evasive Attitude: I personally went back to collect the new part ordered but the sales personnel behavior was unexpected and disappointing. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns. As a customer, I believe in the value of exceptional service and a positive shopping experience. I would appreciate receiving an apology for the unsatisfactory service I received and assurance that steps are being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
