They are not transparent about their conditions , which they only publish after you have paid. e.g. they do not let you know you will not get the car without a credit card and that there are no refunds. This after they company came under the search for rental cars that do not require credit cards, the condition only pops up after you pay. The two companies Must be barred for operating in South Africa.
