Stay Far Away from CarLicence

I renewed my licence through CarLicence last year, so renewed with them again now. What a disaster!!! My EFT went through and I received text message to say they have received payment and busy processing my licence.... the status still remains the same. No response to emails, the telephone numbers do not work, and I see now on google website that they are permanently closed! I will have to try and get my licence some other way and doubt very much if I will see a refund. What legal action can we take against this bunch of ****mers!
