Carlsons carpool and liftclub
The lady's name is "Alicia Carlson", she finds people through ads who need liftclubs and asks them to eWallet R300 to her. She sends a fake email from the S.A.D.O.T saying they have received your payment. She's working with an insider to pool this off so it looks legit. She'll ask you to send an outstanding balace of R300 and will never arrive to pick you up. She uses people's desperation for her evil gains.

GOVERNMENT ADMIN CLERK IN CAHOOTS ALICIA CARLSON
I wish to report GURSHWIN VELASKO, an admin clerk at the SOUTH AFRICAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT (as per email I received). He is in cahoots with (ALICIA CARLSON from the Transport Company, CARLSON'S CARPOOL&LIFT CLUB SERVICES in MALCOLM STREET/POORTVIEW, ROODEPOORT) for stealing money and scamming people needing transport. He does not disclose his phone number, but sends emails from - I believe - a fictitious email address and he is using the SOUTH AFRICAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT's logo as an attachment to his emails. He sent me an email confirming that I need to pay an additional R300 for a contract with ALICIA CARLSON from the Transport Company, CARLSON'S CARPOOL&LIFT CLUB SERVICES in MALCOLM STREET/POORTVIEW, ROODEPOORT and as yet I have not received a contract. ALICIA CARLSON can be contacted on ********** 301 or email ********** There is a massive scam going on they contact you via an add you left on various websites offering you a transport services with a 16/20 seated Quantum. They are very good and trained at what they do. They (The woman)explain to you what their services are and then she ensures you that THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT, which they are not. You than receive an email from a ".gov" email address stating to be from the Department of Transport's Admin Clerk, requesting you to make a payment of R300, R500, R600, depending on the area, to book your seat and after payment you will receive your contract, and the driver will contact you to make arrangements for the pickup/drop off. They request you to make the payment via their cell no: ********** 301 as they are unable to get access to their computer for the proof, stating that the proof must be sent through to the department of transport to for approval, through this manner they ensure that they receive the payments asap as most people(like me) at that moment are desperate and grateful to have found a trust worthy transport service. After making the payment they confirm that they have received it, and that the driver (Gareth Thomas) will contact you to make arrangements. They have been using different numbers and changing names as they go along. Their last details are as follows:*Scammers Names: Alicia Carlson & Gurshwin Velasko/Admin Clerk. (S.A.D.O.T.) Any one who can help or tell us how to stop these people please do!!!
