Carlton Lonehill - Disgusting

My heart is shattered, I was on chemo medication a year ago and had been growing out the hair I had left to be able to look after the integrity of my hair. Amanda had coloured my hair before and even did just face framing while I was on chemotherapy. No problem when I went last week. The experience at lonehill was not the same. They were rushed overbooked and rushed my Root touch up. When I saw the colour of my blonde I was absolutely shocked it was orange and not at all what I wanted. They pushed me to apply bleach again but because of my hair knowledge I knew my already fragile hair wouldn’t be able to not be damaged and the integrity of my hair wouldn’t be the same. They reffered me to management at head office after silence , they were rude and not understanding I offered them to contact me so I could send photos of what happend and till today nothing. My heart breaks hair is a women’s confidence.
