I mean they deserve nothing because their ultimate goal is not a smooth business but to win your car in way that they fix prices. However, I have pawned my car to them last month and I requested R150 00 but they have discouraged for that less amount instead they have said if I take R30000 & above they can able to rent a car for me. Their car rental is rediculous in the whole contract because I was desperate I took it while complaining, the lady by the name of Cait said it's a instructions from her manager that for the whole month only 515 free kilometres and from thereon R2.90 , is applied per kilometer. Having said that , on the 12th may was the last day of which I couldn't be able to pay but I have requested an extension up to the 25th instead the lady by the name of Chavinne said R550 will be applied per day for my car....how possible is that....they just want me to fail to pay and to sell my car. For their car which was not road worthy I've asked them a 3 days extension, surprisingly so they send the tracker company and took the car without even signing and they said I must pay R3500, extra charge. It is not even 1 day extra on the final day, late it is then they hv send the car tracker and took the car in the middle of nowhere. Really I discourage people to use car pawn in booysen they are not in fair business but to rip you off just because you are disperate. Please people those , in the Internet are very well and understanding but once you signed their contract , they monitor you day and night and they are no more corperating. This company carpawn is a havoc

Mr. Chad Rose of Carpawn has paid the outstanding commission of R4,500 owed to me, which was caused by an admin oversight. I would like to thank Chad for his speedy response and resolution of the issue, it is most appreciated.

On the 5th August 2015 Carpawn Edenvale agreed to pay me an agent's commission of 10% on all approved loans for clients in need of a cash loan against their cars.

One of my clients was approved for a loan of R90,000 against his BMW which I should have received a commission of R9,000 according to my commission agreement.

I only received half of my commission i.e. R4,500 from Carpawn.co,za.

On inquiring on the short payment of commission with Mr. Chad Rose, the Manager / Owner of Carpawn Edenvale, Mr. Rose told me that the R4,500 payment I had received was marked payment 1 of 2, and that payment 2 of 2 for the outstanding R4,500 would follow shortly.

I followed up twice with Mr. Rose via telephone and email, to which he responded that he had forgotten to do the payment.

As Mr. Rose has subsequently ignored 2 further requests by me for payment (via email and sms) of the outstanding R4,500 commission owed to me, it has become clear that Mr. Rose has no intention of paying me, and is clearly in breach of the contract.

I would strongly advice anyone against dealing with Mr. Chad Rose or Carpawn.co,za as an agent
