Car Pro is ******!
Got charged for work that was never done! Would give 0 stars if I could. CarPro will overcharge you if you're a female and unsure about cars. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Antony is ***** and ***boy mechanic. Rather use a certified service center to avoid losing money

A thorough, high-quality service
I had always gone to VW dealerships to service my Polo but it just got too expensive. Somebody recommended taking my car to CarPro and I’m so glad they did. Antony and his team did a thorough investigative inspection of the car (at almost half the price you’d pay at a VW dealership) and found legitimate issues where parts needed to be replaced or fixed. I know they were legitimate because, when I asked to see the worn parts, he was only too happy to show me and explain, in detail, why they needed replacing. He was also honest in telling me how much longer some parts would last for so I could make informed decisions. This honesty extended to the invoice too; he removed an item from the initial quote as he’d found that it was in better condition than first anticipated. Antony was also very helpful in offering insights regarding the sale of my car. (I was servicing the car to make sure it was in good condition to sell.) Despite me being pedantic, he patiently took me on more than one post-service test drive for my peace-of-mind. To the entire team at CarPro in Blackheath, thank you for the quality workmanship and fantastic service. Five stars, for sure.

Great Service!!
I would just like to say thank you so much for the great service received at CarPro Cresta, my car has been going to them for years and I am always satisfied with my vehicle. When I leave the workshop I feel like I'm driving a new clean car. Thank you to the staff Antony, Andrew and Luke. I will always refer customers to you guys! Keep up the good work!
