Bought a bag of RISOTTO rice on Wednesday and I opened it last night only to discover it was full of weevils! Really don't expect that when bought freshly from a supposed upmarket store. So disappointed.

I placed an order on line, gave me credit card details, approved the transaction on my cellphone and the money has gone out of my account, only to have a window pop up informing me that I was "unsuccessful" and the transaction will be reversed??!! Now what? The money is no longer in my account and I'm also apparently not getting my order either!! I have an order number but am not sure how this is going to be useful? I would appreciate getting my lunch asap or my money back.... I should hope that theft is not part of the KFC menu!
I have been trying to contact Telkom Direct Rosebank Mall for 3 days!! How on earth do you get in touch? This is sooooo frustrating, I mean how does a business operate when customers cannot get hold of anyone? Please contact me on 011 463 1632
On Thursday I went to Game to buy a new fridge. I made payment in full and was surprised when the salesman informed me that the delivery fee would best be paid in cash, that way my fridge would be delivered the next morning. I found that a little suspicious and insisted the delivery fee was included in my credit card payment. It has now been 2 days and many phone calls later. I have just been told that my fridge will only be delivered on Monday or Tuesday next week! So if you shop at Game rather pay in cash and don't expect good service!
How many bad reviews does one have to write before Fnb actually react? I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me. I would like to find out from Lina Mothapo when my paid up letter will be sent to me. According to your last email I should have received it more than 3 weeks ago. I would be so delighted if someone could let me know what the delay is.
So once again I am resorting to Hellopeter in order to obtain a response from FNB. I sent an email to Lina Mathapo 3 days ago and have had zero reply. Please could someone kindly contact me. I was promised a letter which should have been forthcoming 15 days ago.
I would like to say a BIG thank you to Alpheus Masubelele from Johannesburg Water. It is so heartwarming to know that there are still people out there who go the extra mile and really care about their work and their community. I had the privilege of meeting this amazing man on Saturday, when he paid me a visit to assure me that the sewerage blockage that has been an issue in our complex for three months now, was cleared. Many thanks Alpheus, your help is deeply appreciated. You are truly an inspiration.

How sad to find Lavana Spa treat working class clients so poorly. After being a Sorbet client for over 7 years, I decided to give Lavana a try, the Spa looks so inviting! From the moment I arrived I felt like I was intruding! My the****** didn't bother tointroduce herself, just grunted at me, saying "choose a colour". At one point she just disappeared halfway through my pedicure for at least 5 minutes while I stared at the walls and watched the other clients, wondering if she was ever going to return. I wasn't even offered a glass of water. My the****** never said a single word to me throughout. Everything was done with minimal effort or interest. I had to wonder if it had something to do with the fact that I was neither foreign nor one of the wealthy, Range Rover driving, darker skinned, home executives that seem to be the order of the day. The delightful American lady next to me was being openly fawned over, no doubt her the****** was aiming for a large foreign currency tip. The Range Rover driving lady was sipping a coffee and the beautiful, dark skinned lady to my right was also having attention lavished on her to the point of patronising! I have never felt so uncomfortable or wanted to leave in such a hurry. I will be going back to Sorbet where regular, middle class, working girls are made to feel welcome.
