Bad experience

Don’t buy a car from this dealership!

I had a bad experience with Cars to go,I bought a car on the 23/10/2025,I was provided with a vehicle permit which i used until it expired ,I then returned the car to the dealership as I was getting empty promises as to when I will receive my car discs and number plates.

I also experienced faults on the car and when I reported them to the dealership they ignored me. I requested for cancellation of the deal after I took the car back but they ignored my request till today (21/11/2025)

My husband went to the dealership to negotiate with them regarding our request, however they refused to Replace the car and they also refusing to cancel the deal. Mr Ali who’s the Manager at Cars to go chased my husband in a disrespectful way,he told him straight in the face to *** off!

They were dishonest about the history of the car, I went to AA to request the history of the car at my own expense as I was suspecting that it was involved in an accident, vehicle history report showed that it was under 8 Dealerships including an insurance Auction company.
