DISHONEST & IRREGULAR - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Cars@342 caused me MAJOR FINANCIAL DAMAGE - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! I requested a refinance of my Audi A3 Sport sedan to simply add a R20k extended Maintenance Plan. Due to irregularities on the part of the persons who dealt with my vehicle finance (De Waal & Gerhard at C****42) the settlement on my vehicle finance incorrectly nearly R90 000.00 more than what the true figure should reflect. My financial advisor assisted with a lengthy and in depth investigation and have corroborated their irregularities, and dishonesty !!! They took advantage of a single female in distress and no one at this establishment want to take any responsibility, or assist to rectify their damage caused!!!! Upon approach with the issue, the people employed there, shunned me away and cussed at me, as their customer in response. Inaccurate information was provided to the Banks and they do not give any response when asked for your own information! NEVER EVER DO BUYSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have paid for my car twice because of them!!!
