Brilliant Service
I recently had the pleasure of working with Johan from Cars@342, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the perfect car. They went above and beyond by inspecting a car thoroughly and ensuring it met all my requirements. DISHONEST & IRREGULAR - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Cars@342 caused me MAJOR FINANCIAL DAMAGE - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! I requested a refinance of my Audi A3 Sport sedan to simply add a R20k extended Maintenance Plan. Due to irregularities on the part of the persons who dealt with my vehicle finance (De Waal & Gerhard at C****42) the settlement on my vehicle finance incorrectly nearly R90 000.00 more than what the true figure should reflect. My financial advisor assisted with a lengthy and in depth investigation and have corroborated their irregularities, and dishonesty !!! They took advantage of a single female in distress and no one at this establishment want to take any responsibility, or assist to rectify their damage caused!!!! Upon approach with the issue, the people employed there, shunned me away and cussed at me, as their customer in response. Inaccurate information was provided to the Banks and they do not give any response when asked for your own information! NEVER EVER DO BUYSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have paid for my car twice because of them!!!

DISHONEST & IRREGULAR - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Cars@342 caused me MAJOR FINANCIAL DAMAGE - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! I requested a refinance of my Audi A3 Sport sedan to simply add a R20k extended Maintenance Plan. Non-disclosure of vehicle accident
I wouldn't recommend C****42 situated at 396 Voortrekker Road, Goodwood, South Africa, to anyone due to my bad experience with you this past December 2021 whereby i had to return a vehicle which was found to be accident damaged and repaired. It would be appreciated if you guys can follow the CPA law and disclose important things like accident damage. I took a loss of R 3350 for vehicle License, registration and a few other things which i was charged for such as a spare key which i wanted (understandable) and a repair which you offered to do within the cost of the vehicle. However, should the vehicle have been in order, I would have not returned it. Within the same day of the purchase, I notified car342. I hope that you guys would never do this to other potential buyers and I hope that customers who intend purchasing from you will properly inspect the vehicles, especially the undercarriage, suspension, etc. I have learnt that a Dekra report or similar should always be done as not everyone is capable of doing proper inspections. I am saddened that I also had to forfeit a paid holiday so that i could return the It is also unfortunate that lawyers charge quite a lot to assist cases like this. In my case, it would cost me more than what I lost in fees. RMI said that a customer must cover the cost for "restocking". Where else the AA and a CPA lawyer advised that a full refund should have been applicable.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM UNRELIABLE
Bought a POLO threw me away couple of times, they supposedly fix it comes back throws me away again, then after nag and telling MFC I want to cancel the deal they swopped my polo but then they said they will fix the dents and dinks a year later still struggling. Really bad dealer

Very Bad customer service.
I would not recommend anybody to do any dealings with this car dealer. I thought that dealing with a dealer for the first time, my experience would be semi okay, instead it ended with a bad taste in my mouth and I opted to go for a private sale instead. I called the first time and inquired about a specific vehicle and was told it is still available. Called a few days later again and confirmed the vehicle is still available but had potential buyers with a cash offer. I informed the consultant, i too have a cash offer (he sounded surprise) and i requested to still come view, test drive and discuss options from there. I made an appointment for a specific time slot in order for my husband to test drive and discuss further but the consultant was too busy with other buyers who was after the vehicle and was not interested at all in our offer. I am disgusted by your services, disgusted that you confirmed the appointment whereby instead you could've said beforehand that your deal is already in progress with a buyer, my husband wasted his time going there. I was also informed that the welcoming and attitude was not very friendly upon his arrival which for me is shocking as any person walking into your dealership could be a potential client with a bag full of money wanting to purchase a car. I think personally, should I have been there, things would've turned out differently. I will not refer you to anybody at all.

Very Bad customer service.

They helped me find my dream car!
Dewaal at Cars@342 helped me find the car of my dreams - a Daihatsu Terios. I had been looking for one for ages! Easy, efficient and extremely thorough. They don't overcharge or try to take advantage of you like most car dealerships. These guys are honest and forthright! I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

They helped me find my dream car!
Dewaal at Cars@342 helped me find the car of my dreams - a Daihatsu Terios. I had been looking for one for ages! Easy, efficient and extremely thorough. They don't overcharge or try to take advantage of you like most car dealerships. These guys are honest and forthright! I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

Warning against doing busiess with @C****42
Bought a bike which was supposed to be in a fair condition and needing cosmetics like mirror and left indicator bulb. When I got home I found out it had absolutely no oil at all in it and on extreme turns the front folks were rubbing against the front tyre. I took it to them, again, it took another 2 days, I got the bike, while I was ridding it from there, the handle bars were loose, gradually facing the wrong direction almost rammed into a car and since it was already late, I couldn't get back to them that day. When I got home it was absolutely skew, I called in the next morning to an agressive and defensive sales lady who at any costs was determined to hear a word of what i had to say. Do business with them AT YOUR OWN RISK, they won't tell you everything about what your are buying and their mechanics don't do their checks properly.
