Don't deliver on their promises

I purchased a Mazda BT50 from Cartique Pre Owned vehicles in Randburg. On delivery of the vehicle the spare keys and set of owners manuals could not be found. They undertook in writing to supply me with a spare key and a complete set of owners manuals.

Two weeks later they supplied met with n blank unprogrammed key which they bought from Ford and an unstamped service book only. No Owners manual as they undertook to supply. As the vehicle is a Mazda, the dealers told me that this Ford key cannot work as it cannot be programmed to operate the Mazda.

I contacted the dealer and they said I did receive the book and key and my wife signed for it. They refuse to assist me any further regarding this matter.
