Siba05086 my device was installed in June 2025 first instalment was in July of 289 then after five months cartrack came back and said they made a mistake by not deducting 79 for a device they installed now I owe them 427 why

If there was a way i would rate them 0 stars, since i canceled my contrack with them and made payment arrangements, they still take loads of money without my knowalege and when you phone them to hear whats wrong they dont have answers for you, they just transfer you to the next agent until you hang up or run out of airtime. And when ypu ask them what happend to the arrangement we agreed on they say system error. They also refuse to send the recodings of convirsations you had with them. Up until today they have taken over R 4 257.24 Without any arrangements

My son whom I referred to this company, had 2 trackers in his car. It was ****** and there was no feedback on where were the trackers found. I regret referring him to this company. I am also changing it for a better one
