There are ****mers inside establishment.. They debit my account account from 18th November, tracker was only fitted 19th November. They debited another 5 times by end December.
I bought a 2022 Renault triber automatic .it has a 6 year warranty.. Which expires in 2027..for almost 3 years the car has been in and out of Renault parows workshop.. The car has been there since 19th August 2025 till to this day the car has been standing, waiting for parts. I've ask for a similar car because my family is going camping 26th December 2025..their customer service and communication are very, very poor.. I received a Renault kwid as a courtesy car.. But it's to small for camping.. For the 3 years I'm owning the car, I only drove it for 1 year.. The rest of the time the car was in the workshop for repairs...
They sold a messed up car to me. Paying a year but still don't have a car. These people have no time for you after you sighed and take delivery of the car
Bna motors open up communication between us on the 4th of April. But the communication was between the guy that works in workshop fixing cars and myself.. Not a word from Sales manager. Aftersales manager or owner.. Communication ended today because they wanted me to apply for a new deal.. But I'm still paying for a car I don't have.. And the mechanic told me I have to wait for MIOSA and NCC outcome..so not a word from Andrew Cornelius. Hayden Simmons or Wynand. Who ever Wynand is.. That is how they treat their customers
My case with BNA motors was handled by MIOSA. The case was closed by Hilda Tau before I received the car. I emailed three days after I received the car to reopen the case because the car broke after three days.. I was given a number to contact NCC.. uptil today I heard nothing from NCC. Mfc nedbank told me after 3 days of having the car that the only people that can solve this problem is miosa.. So uptil today 11 months later.. I'm paying MFC. but still don't have a car.. As a pensioner.. Where can I get help. Or who can assist.. Because I got no help from Bna motors, miosa. Nedbank or NCC.
I bought a vehicle April 2023 took delivery May 5th 2023. After 3 days car started giving problems.. Twice gearbox. Then twice engine. 3rd time the engine had to be replaced. Case was at MIOSA. Closing letter stated we were waiting on NEW engine and paperwork for engine and warranty papers on all work done. Got the car back. After 3 days engine gave problem again.. Did not receive paperwork on engine or warranty.. I took the car back to dealership.. An agreement was made for a substatutional deal.. But the sales manager refused. He wanted the car as a trade in.. After 11 months I'm paying for a car that is still at the dealership..
The NCC is a useless organization..i logged a case in December 2023.. Received 1 message in January to say case was assigned to an agent.. After numerous emails and phone calls.. No communication from them.. Seems like another ******* organization.. Dealerships has enough money to keep them quiet..
