Purchase the original one not a ***** one.

Hi there After purchasing a brand new set of cartridges that included four different colors, I was able to print only two A4 pages. I returned the set to the shop, namely Cartridge Depot in the Northcliff Corner shopping centre to understand why it was not functioning properly. The staff initially told me that all four cartridges were completely empty, likely due to excessive use. I rejected this claim, insisting that the set had printed only two pages—and those in very poor condition. Later, I left my printer with them (as agreed with the shop owner) for further examination. After about two months, during which I was overseas, I returned to the shop and was informed that the printer was not functioning properly and may be failing. My question was simple: if this machine was not working correctly, how could it possibly have printed an extensive number of pages with this set? What I received was merely a meaningless response and a rejection for a refund. Long story short: don't opt for the cheap options from such companies. The cheap option often ends up being more expensive. I paid more than R750 to print only two A4 pages. Regards. G Guler
