CAS TILES worst company to deal with

<p>we purchased a stone bath from CAS TILES (R11500 on special at the East Coast Radio garden show) on the 5th day the bath started to show airline crack, we called Cas Tiles thats when our misery started firstly they refused to exchange it saying they will repair it and yes repair a stone bath!!!we did not accept this.</p> <p>they also demanding that we pay them R1660 for taps that we apparently under paid for as there was a mistake on the price.</p> <p>Cas Tiles did come over to pick up the bath the first time but could not as the 4 guys could not pick it up.</p> <p>Cas tiles came over the second time to pick up the bath and all hell broker loose when their employees with Cas Tile label on their T-shirts started to swear at my husband and son  (the guy was putting his hand through the chicken mesh which had our pitbul in it, showing funny faces to the dog, my husband asked him to step away from the dog, who by this time was gone wild)all were very drunk or high on something with ruthless behaviour even swearing at us to come back and **** us  ...eventually throwing rocks that was outside my property...</p> <p>now the latest Yunus Ally the director wants to send his employees and his two security onto my property to pick the bath, yes his security onto my private property...not even the SAPS .</p> <p>do not buy from them ...i assure you once they get the business they dont know you, we waited 3 weeks for stone sinks to be delivered after calling them many times with them not making a single call.</p>
