Disappointing Experience

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but what I witnessed was appalling. We waited for our food for almost 3hrs. The manager's behavior towards the staff was completely unacceptable. They were yelled at, sworn at, and treated with utter disrespect. The staff were visibly shaken and in panic mode throughout our visit.

While the food might have been decent, the toxic atmosphere and poor management overshadowed any potential positives. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially not in a workplace.

Until the management addresses this issue and treats their staff with dignity and respect, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. After witnessing the manager's appalling behavior, we confronted him about it. He apologized, but his justification for his behavior was unsettling. He claimed that's just how he speaks, which doesn't acknowledge the harm caused by his words. While we appreciate the apology, we're skeptical about the sincerity and worry about the well-being of the staff.
