Bad service

My experience was very bad I'm very disappointed

On the 24th of December 09:00 I called casa cara to confirm the prices and there closing time a lady by the name of Bianca helped us she told us that it's R50 for kids up to 18years and R150 for adults and that casa cara close at 5 pm so Okey we decided to travel from vryburg to parys for casa cara as the kids was looking forward to it as we got there around 1:30 we asked one of the guys who was wearing black clothes what time they are closing he said for we told him bianca said 5 he said we must then go confirm inside but before we do he told my pregnant partner that she can't drink water on their premises she must leave it in the car.

And so we went to go pay and when we got there there was this old lady she showed us the prices and we told her this is confusing cause this is not the prices that bianca give us she then called bianca and bianca said yes she give us the prices and it was a mistake from her side and then she told the old lady to let us pay the price that she gave us but the old lady wasn't having it she said we will have to pay the price display on the paper and that's final she also insisted that we go somewhere else and casa cara is not for a place like us
