Dreadful experience - disgraceful and aggressive management.

I 'm loathe to even rate this restaurant one star. We went there for lunch at 2:30 on Sunday in a party of 11 for a confirmed booking. The restaurant was full and it seemed to have a wonderful vibe. We received our starters (which were delicious - so there is the 1 star) but when one of our party had to leave due to tragic news, we waited and waited for our main courses, after numerous reminders to our waitress. By 5pm when we still had not received them, and when we once again asked for them we were told that one of the orders (placed at 2:30)had run out. Then the female management started being very cheeky and surly, and when we asked for the bill and to forget about the rest of the food the owner/manager became very aggressive, throwing a chair at our table. By then everyone was very annoyed and the owner became even more aggressive and the afternoon nearly ended in fisticuffs and the women in our party in tears. What a disgrace! And what a mistake he made as there are many, many friends in that area who will never go back there when they see how we were treated. Shame on you.
