Eldo's chips

Had an unacceptable experience with Eldo's potato chips. 90% crushed and obviously couldn't offer that to my guests. Emailed them, not expecting anything but an apology with an explanation. The response was the storage of product at store could be the course of it(why would all the chips have the same problem, a few whole chips and the rest crushed). A rep would be sent to attend to it, 2 months later, still waiting. Awful customer service, product could be a winner.
