Case City stole my money. Do not buy from them.
I ordered two iPad covers on 3 May 2023. Today is 22 May 2023 and I have still not received them. They answered a call once and the person abruptly told me that they had moved office and deliveries would be done that week but I have yet to receive anything. I then made multiple further attempts to get feedback from them - emails, phone calls, whatsapp messages and calls - but they ignore me. Don't waste your time or money with these *******.

Case city poor customer after service
Below average quality ipad cover. Screen cover warped after 5 months. manufacturer claims it is due to temperature fluctuations? as this is a clear manufacturing issue and not damage or abuse i expected better customer service. was told nothing can be done and it is case city policy to not exchange/refund or even provide a solution to help. disappointed with the poor service.
