Who Debits a Payday Loan Before Pay Day?

As per our agreement and details on my salary slip and bank statement. I get my salary paid on the 25th of every month.

Cash Balance, however goes into debit one's account on Friday the 22nd of November, when the 25th is on the Monday.

Extremely disappointed and inconvenienced, they easily just lost my trust.
