Very disrespectful manager😡😡

hi.my name is Simphiwe,i bought a blender in the store @calton center last year November,it didnt work than i took it back,they sent me back home,they said i must come back to check if they fix it or not this was January,i went back again 3xi think an not find my blender they were telling me stories.ithis sutaday me and my boyfriend decided to go an ask them about our blender we find the lady who didn't wanna tell us her name she the manager there,she was so rude🤦😡Very disrespectf don't know how to explain something to the customer,we end up leaving with no blender,the way that lady was so disrespectful to us😡It been 3months now. she told us that she's new in the store she doesn't know any thing,an she can't be blamed for things that she does not know😡
