I was in the store; Cash Exchange Eersteriver on Tuesday 06 of August between 13h00 & 14h00 to give in my Xbox for cash. The lady look at my item ask we to wait; she will come back now. She returned with the mangager with the name of Bianca and sad this item belong to them. I was so surprise and they asked me to sit aside while they help other clients. Everyone was looking at me & I was so embarrassed. After 30 minutes i asked the lady that helped me ...to call the manager and return my item; because i am in a hurry. The manager came and said she is still busy with a attitude.I told her she must give my item; because i need to go; but she refused with an attitude. After some time she send somebody to say they made a mistake. This is not my first encounter with the bad customer service from the manager and team. To be accused of theft in the shop was so embarrassing to say the least and there was no apologies from anyone. This was a embarrassing moment for me and i don't think i will make use of they service again. They are in Eersteriver Mall; shop M10 and M11; Plein street; Eersteriver; 7100
