Zwothe from cash exchange Thohoyandou has done ***** against my goods

I took my baby's sleeping cot to cash cruisaders in Thohoyandou on sunday and they told me they cant give me cash on sunday, they only give cash during the week, i said its ok i will leave it but please send me cash via the account because i going back to johannesburg, the guy called Zwother said its ok they will transfer it,he even give me his number 0715162837,, yesterday wen i call he said he will deposit money today, so today i decided to send someone to the shop,, she is telling me that they are saying there is no proof that i took the baby cot to the shop,, how do i get this resolved please
