I want my money back.

I have app**** for a loan with them and they send me forms to sign and there was a loan administration fee of R1610. After sending that amount they send me another form for loan contract demanding another amount of R2510. I couldn't send another money to them cause I'm borrowing but they asking for more money while they said from the first form it has been approved. All this Amounts that they want was not discussed to me before I started with the application. Now when I call to cancel this and for them to send back the money that I have already deposited, they not answering. I dont want this loan thing any more.
