My Money back please

I have app**** a loan with them and they send me approval form that my loan has approved I had to send R1610 for admin fees and I send that amount. To my surprise now they send me another letter stating that I agree to pay R2510 for couse clerence ,I didn't sign that cause now I'm borrowing but they want Money for them to rerelease the approved loan. They said when they want to transfer to my account it bounces back it need R2510 to be cleared. I dont want their loan any more I want my money back please. That money is for my kids assets.
