Do not ever do business with these snakes. If there was an option for a zero star rating I would still give it less than zero. We bought a vehicle from them and it has been a hellish experience. We took delivery of the vehicle and when it came back from roadworthy they did a "fluid check" where they strangely enough had to remove the tyres from the car. Directly off the showroom floor the car started misfiring. We called them immediately and said we need to bring it back as there's something wrong with the vehicle. Cashing up simply said "It's not our problem, that's what the warranty is for" After a long back and forth with them we contacted the warranty guys who said we must take the car to the nearest RMI approved workshop. To our horror the car required repairs to the amount of R 28,000 for timing kits, pencil coils and other items despite the car being advertised and sold with a full service history. In the meantime Candice from Cashing up called and said that the roadworthy they had done has expired due to staff issues and the person responsible for getting the disk having some BS issue and we must take the car for a new roadworthy which they will reimburse us for. I explained that the car has not driven 10km since leaving their floor and is still in the workshop thus we cannot take it until it is fixed. Forward 4 weeks later and we receive the car back from the workshop and take it for a roadworthy test. No surprise but the vehicle failed due to tyres having bubbles and slashes in them. Clearly due to the tyres being fiddled with during their "lube check" when we took delivery. We had to spend another R5000 to get tyres fitted and a new battery installed as the battery in the car had also failed. We still have a car with no licence disc as Cashing up have now thrown their filthy, thieving, hands in the air and said that they cannot get the disk because WE took too long to get the roadworthy done. We still have a car that is not fit for use and they have not refunded us for the roadworthy tests. Stay far away from these guys if you value your sanity, money and time. They will hear from our attorney shortly. Absolute **** of the earth. Cashing up is their motto, their name and their only concern. Stay away.
