BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Do not ever do business with these snakes. If there was an option for a zero star rating I would still give it less than zero. We bought a vehicle from them and it has been a hellish experience. We took delivery of the vehicle and when it came back from roadworthy they did a "fluid check" where they strangely enough had to remove the tyres from the car. Directly off the showroom floor the car started misfiring. We called them immediately and said we need to bring it back as there's something wrong with the vehicle. Cashing up simply said "It's not our problem, that's what the warranty is for" After a long back and forth with them we contacted the warranty guys who said we must take the car to the nearest RMI approved workshop. To our horror the car required repairs to the amount of R 28,000 for timing kits, pencil coils and other items despite the car being advertised and sold with a full service history. In the meantime Candice from Cashing up called and said that the roadworthy they had done has expired due to staff issues and the person responsible for getting the disk having some BS issue and we must take the car for a new roadworthy which they will reimburse us for. I explained that the car has not driven 10km since leaving their floor and is still in the workshop thus we cannot take it until it is fixed. Forward 4 weeks later and we receive the car back from the workshop and take it for a roadworthy test. No surprise but the vehicle failed due to tyres having bubbles and slashes in them. Clearly due to the tyres being fiddled with during their "lube check" when we took delivery. We had to spend another R5000 to get tyres fitted and a new battery installed as the battery in the car had also failed. We still have a car with no licence disc as Cashing up have now thrown their filthy, thieving, hands in the air and said that they cannot get the disk because WE took too long to get the roadworthy done. We still have a car that is not fit for use and they have not refunded us for the roadworthy tests. Stay far away from these guys if you value your sanity, money and time. They will hear from our attorney shortly. Absolute **** of the earth. Cashing up is their name, their motto and most definitely their only concern.

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic! Stay as far away from these people as possible. Do not ever agree to any insurance policy with Admyntec or MTN. Besides their disgusting lack of service you are better off saving your premiums by placing the cash under the mattress and paying for your own repairs or replacement of your device when the need arises. You do not receive a policy document to check the T's and C's ever. When you do have a claim they have so many hoops to jump through and they ultimately reject your claim on some technicality in the policy you have no record of. Try to cancel the policy and they will continue billing you for months until you realize it. Try to get a refund for over charges and they will continually bull**** you into proving that they billed you because their records show there are no policies. Prove the billing then suddenly they have a policy on their records Ask for a policy document to prove that you were ever liable and they disappear into thin air again. The only people more useless than MTN are these skelms who steal without shame. I hope they choke on the food they buy with our stolen money.
Great service from Chilli Pepper and specifically Ernst Reyneke. He was most helpful when I needed a rental unit at very short notice. He arranged the vetting, lease agreement and even came to my office to sign the lease with me when I could not get to him. During the time I rented from them they were very helpful when I had any queries or concerns. When vacating the property there were a few hand marks on the walls as well as small pen marks where my daughter had drawn on the wall which I had missed during the cleaning process. I asked if I could return the next day to clean it quickly and Ernst advised that he would have to charge me a pro-rata amount for the day unfortunately to which I agreed as I was absolutely exhausted at that point from moving out. I returned the next day, washed the walls again and the unit was inspected again the next day. Ernst let me know by email that everything is now in order as we discussed during the inspection. I was expecting a deduction on my deposit for this however was pleasantly surprised when the payment of my full deposit plus interest accrued was refunded into my bank account a few days later. I have dealt with a few landlords and managing agents in the past who left a bitter taste in my mouth but Chilli Pepper's service was magnific!! Thanks again to Ernst and the team. Keep up the great service.
What an absolute pleasure dealing with Ryan Duncan from WSM Performance parts. I enquired about a part for my jetski late on Sunday evening, received a reply at 7am on Monday morning and he couriered my part the same day from Durban which I received on Tuesday morning at 8am in Johannesburg. Such service quality is rare in the world of today. WSM performance parts will be my go to for everything marine related going forward. Great price, great advice and superior service.
