Rewards program that appears to be a scam

Signing up with CashBag "Rewards Program" promised points when purchasing via any of their 'affiliates' (my own word, I cannot remember which word they used). Anyway, one signs in to the online store via the CashBag button, so automatically your purchase generates points, which then accumulates and gets paid out in cash.

My first few purchases showed the points, and then, suddenly, it stopped showing. I contacted them, and provided all the requested sales documents. They promised that they'd correct it. Nothing happened ... Then I tried again, and again the agent promised to help me. But nothing happened ... Their system pays out once the minimum amount gets reached. My point accumulation stopped just before the minimum amount was reached. In reality I far exceeded it, and they should've paid me out several hundred rand.

That was three years ago. I repeatedly contacted them, and they kept promising that it would be sorted out, but nothing happened. All the agents were friendly and seemed helpful, but absolutely NOTHING was done about it. This went of for a year and four months in which I wasted so much time repeatedly contacting them and submitting the requested proof, I eventually (by Febr. 2019) just gave up trying, because I realized I was not going to win. And when I tried contacting the agent again, I got the message that the address did not exist - everything seemed like a big scam.

Just now, when I tried getting on to their website www.cashbag.co to see whether they're still 'alive', I repeatedly got the 'forbidden' message, so I could not browse to it. Even when taking the link https://cashbag.co/contact-us in google, resulted in getting the 'forbidden' message. This is very strange ...
