Beware of Ford Cassey's in Springs

I bought a Ford Ikon registered in May 2016 with 33km on the clock. I assumed the service plan & warranty plan would naturally start from that point onwards. Meanwhile the start date started in April 2015 - a year earlier. This was never disclosed to me.

Just make sure they provide you will all the information before you buy any vehicle. I was cheated out a service because of hidden facts only they knew.
