I recently bought a new Ford Ranger from this outlet, the excellent service I received from the salesman Johan Homan was world class. He kept me updated every step of the way through the entire buying process. I would highly recommend dealing with Johan and the people at this outlet.

Naaz Mohideen a service advisor, she is rude and racist. Worst of all she didn't show remorse at all after the poor service she gave me!

Principal refused to accept responsibility for the car after service at FORD DEALERSHIP!! causes warning lights to come on. Got told to take car for second opinion and the fault was caused by casseys workers. We expected better, were even considering trading in for a new car but with this type of service from Ford... Principal even told us to take things further in a taunting tone. Not sure if this is who ford wants as representative

Buying a new car is a traumatising experience, both for the buyer and his family as they shop around trying to find the best value for money deal with minimum risk and with the expectation of good, honest service. I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of quality service from Cassey’s Auto Ford in JHB. The sales executive that I had the pleasure of dealing with is Dunford Dumisani and he is definitely living up to the FORD customer service promise. I have purchased over 40 cars in the past 26 years since I got my licence, and never before had I experienced such amazing service. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealerships walls, but very few live up to them. Cassey’s Auto Ford is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will buy my next few cars from them. I am based in Durban and saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit skeptical to buy from JHB as I can’t see what I am going to get but I sent an online query and had Dunford call me back almost immediately. He took the time to understand my needs and went out of his way to structure a deal for me. His DP, William Roberts, offered me the best trade in offer on my car and also gave me there car at a much lower rate than other dealers. Their finance lady, Hester Wilken also went out of her way to ensure that I get finance at the best available rate. She was in constant contact with me every step of the way advising me on the best options and also updating me on my finance application status. It has really been a pleasure dealing with both Dunford and Hester and I am extremely happy with the car that they have sold to me. The service was more than I expected and Me, the client was definitely their top Priority. I would recommend anyone to buy their next new or used vehicle from Dunford at Cassey’s Auto Ford as you can be assured of getting the excellent quality service that they have to offer. Well done to Dunford and to Cassey’s Auto Ford team. I will definitely continue to support your dealership in the future and I will refer many clients to your dealership.

In October 2018 I brought a ford Fiesta ecoboost 1.0 (2016) pre used at Steven's motors Kempton Park. The cars was in good condition, after three months of driving the car it started to overheat and stopped working. The car was towed to Casseys Auto Springs Ford, and at Casseys Auto Springs Ford they told me that the car was drove for long distance without water and oil and that effected the engine of the car,Of which it was not true because everytime when I went to the garage I asked them to check for water and oil.they just wanted money because they quoted me about R40k to replaced the engine and told me it not covered by warranty . Because I didn't have that amount of money I took the car back and I tried to complain where I brought the car they didn't help me they just said I damaged the car and all sorts of stories.. I was confused and didn't know what to do I had to see for myself how I fix the car because I needed it. it's has coursed me so much financially and emotionally, only to found out when I do my research that the Ford ecoboost 1.0 engines have overheating problems .I want hellopeter to please assist me with my problem, because Casseys Auto Springs Ford has disleaded me because they only wanted money without investigating what is the really course of the problem.i need your help in terms of the lost incurred due this, and making sure the car is checked that it is 100% safe for me to use.

I bought a Ford Ikon registered in May 2016 with 33km on the clock. I assumed the service plan & warranty plan would naturally start from that point onwards. Meanwhile the start date started in April 2015 - a year earlier. This was never disclosed to me. Just make sure they provide you will all the information before you buy any vehicle. I was cheated out a service because of hidden facts only they knew.
