Buying a new car is a traumatising experience, both for the buyer and his family as they shop around trying to find the best value for money deal with minimum risk and with the expectation of a good and honest service. I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of quality service from KIA WELTEVREDEN PARK, in JHB. The sales executive that I had the pleasure of dealing with is Jaco Huysamen and he is definitely living up to the Kia customer service promise. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealerships walls, but very few live up to them. KIA WELTEVREDEN PARK is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will contact them first when buying my next car. I am based in Durban and I saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit skeptical to buy from JHB as I can’t see what I am going to get but I called and spoke to Dawie Steyn, the Used cars Sales Manager and he arranged for his top sales executive, Jaco Huysamen to contact me almost immediately. Jaco took the time to understand my and my family’s needs and went out of his way to structure a deal for me. His manager Dawie Steyn offered me the best trade in offer on my car and also assured me that the used vehicle was in showroom condition. I arranged my own finance so I cannot comment on their finance team however the sales transaction was very smooth. My initial finance was approved at a higher rate and I could not afford the instalments so I was on the verge of cancelling the deal when Dawie offered me a discount on the car price to bring my instalments in line. This was a big gesture on his side and not something many dealers would do, as most dealers main priority is to make money and customer satisfaction comes second but KIA WELTEVREDEN PARK puts customer satisfaction first as Dawie Steyn clearly showed. I also wanted some aftermarket accessories fitted to my vehicle from an independent fitment centre and Jaco went out of his way to take my car and get it done to my satisfaction. This is highly appreciated by me as he saved me the hassle of having to do extra work on the car to get it to my preference. It has really been a pleasure dealing with both Jaco and Dawie and I am extremely happy with the high level of service that they provided to me. His name is Santosh Suknanan and he is definitely living up to the 3 cornerstone promises of BMW aftersales service. I owned a 2011 E90 320i and have been dealing with Santosh for the past 3 years that I had my car both while on and off motorplan and he has been absolutely amazing. His feedback, customer service and product knowledge definitely exceeds 5 star rating. His advice to me over the past 3 years has ensured that my vehicle performed at its best giving me “Sheer driving pleasure”. I had recently upgraded from the e90 to the F30 and his advice once again was excellent and he managed to guide me to buying my dream car. <p>On The 20th June i calld Telkom to cancell ny Home adsl services as I had signed up for th new LTE deal. I was asked to send an email to Servcancellations and I did. I got a reply saying that an agent will call me in 14days to cancell my servicse but nobody called. After 20days i called and was told that my services will be cancelled exactly 30days after i sent my email which should 20 July, But needless to say that did not happen. I calle today and my account is still active and i was told to end an emailto servcacellations and wait 30 days, How the heck can they operate like this?? Why cant TElkom just do my cancellation telephonically like they did my application??</p> <p>I am going to stop paying this account till i get a response from Telkon telling me that myt services has been cancelled.</p>
