Principal refused to accept responsibility for the car after service at FORD DEALERSHIP!! causes warning lights to come on. Got told to take car for second opinion and the fault was caused by casseys workers. We expected better, were even considering trading in for a new car but with this type of service from Ford... Principal even told us to take things further in a taunting tone. Not sure if this is who ford wants as representative

We are very unhappy with how Bonitas has chosen to treat us in this difficult time. My grandmother is a member of Bonitas, she fell and broke her hip. They refused to send an ambulance to transport her to the hospital, so we had to take her by car. they then took hours to approve her admission to the hospital. She was in Netcare Akasia for weeks, and Bonitas took THREE days to approve her surgery, no they want her to pay R45 000.00 as the correct authorization wasn't obtained. Where is a state pensioner going to get that kind of money? We dont have it either, why do we pay so much for a medical aid if they dont pay what they promise? Queries to Bonitas are answered after days and sometimes weeks of waiting and resending. Replies never answer the queries and all they do is say "sorry you must pay"
I just want to say thank you to Genevieve and Julian of Bsure Africa. They were friendly and very helpful, Julian got in touch quickly and amended the quote when we realised that the wrong info was given/quoted.<br> <br> Genevieve is a great representative of the company, who is always well spoken and friendly.
