This is not about Catbox Linden it is about my experience after I bought something online. I decided to buy some stuff for my dog to value of R1 374 online from Catbox and when I logged in it asks for my area so I put in Somerset West assuming it will be done by the Somerset West Branch. Only to discover when I called them it was not. When I asked can I cancel my online order I was informed they don't know as they don't deal with the online store - I mean how does a franchise offer online services without training all stuff on the basic way clients can go about canceling an order. They than referred me to the "head Office" who had this very friendly unhelpful person tell me that the online store is closed and there is no one who can assist me until Monday. Again how in 2025 is that a thing? So after giving the Catbox R1374 of my money I couldn't get anyone who could answer my questions: - When can I expect my order - Can I cancel my order.

I was interviewed by 2 men via zoom interview and everything went well. I started at this company and i was then accused of Looking SKETCHY in the work place And that means 2 things either i look like i do drugs or i am a *****. I asked the manager what he meant he couldn't answer me and brushed it off. I felt like i was being named after my race because how can you judge me and you do not know me i app**** for the job to see to my child! Then you get people who make you feel uncomfortable then the manager came to me telling me that he's colleague told him i look like I'm afraid to assist customers mind while they eating 99% of the time behind the counter. So my question is was he not supposed to call us in together and ask WHY she said what she said. Its a disgrace to have such people work for a company i felt offended because he said she specifically spoke to him the evening about me on WhatsApp. Why not ask me when you saw me and came across that i looked sketchy on her second day of meeting me. I am a human being i do not know what you should look like in a work place honestly. Its beneath me that companies hire people who think they are better than the rest.

Beautiful, clean and neat store in Bellville, Cape Town. Their prices are some of the cheapest around. Very wide selection. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with regards to their products and the application there of. I have been shopping there since that branch opened, and I would definately recommend them to anyone who has a pet. My best friend is also a proud customer of theirs now too...

Beautiful, clean and neat store in Bellville, Cape Town. Their prices are some of the cheapest around. Very wide selection. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with regards to their products and the application there of. I have been shopping there since that branch opened, and I would definately recommend them to anyone who has a pet. My best friend is also a proud customer of theirs now too...

This business has officially gone downhill with their online services... Not only could we not order more than 2 bags of pet food before, we can now no longer order more than 1 bag of pet food of the same item. Delivery costs have also increased from R120 to R200 YET WE CAN ORDER LESS ITEMS THAN BEFORE. Ordering 3 bags of food (1 bag being the same item of the 2) will give you a delivery cost of R430, how putrid!! You should rather not offer online services then if this is the case.

This business has officially gone downhill with their online services... Ordering 3 bags of food (1 bag being the same item of the 2) will give you a delivery cost of R430, how putrid!! You should rather not offer online services then if this is the case.

I do not recommend buying from this Store! I bought a saddle and paid for fitment and was told I can return the saddle by Bennet Bauer who passed away. After waiting weeks for the saddle fitter that kept on canceling appointments I returned to the shop for a refund and to return the saddle. Then suddenly they where a able to assist with saddle fitting, someone else then swapped my brand new saddle with a used one to get it to fit. The saddle was still an issue but they refuse to refund me as agreed when I did the purchase originally

I visited CatBox in Hillcrest (The Colony Centre) for the first time today and I was left very impressed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who offered assistance with what I was looking for. Staff were also very knowledgable of their specials that are running at the moment and more than happy to explain their product range too. I have to give credit where it is due, and this store is a definite must visit if you looking for anything for your beloved pets. 10/10 from me, keep up the great work.

I visited CatBox in Hillcrest (The Colony Centre) for the first time today and I was left very impressed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who offered assistance with what I was looking for. Staff were also very knowledgable of their specials that are running at the moment and more than happy to explain their product range too. I have to give credit where it is due, and this store is a definite must visit if you looking for anything for your beloved pets. 10/10 from me, keep up the great work.

Name & shame. I usually just let things slide but on principle I feel like I need to warn people by making this go viral. I purchased a Chichen coop at Cat Box hyper in Ballito for R7 766 in July this year, within two months, everything was falling apart. The wood was breaking apart. The foundation at the top caved in, the entire Chichen coop was falling to pieces with 1 Chichen only occupying it at night. The response : No responsibility as no warranty on unit. Didn’t even bother to send someone out to look at the unit. I contacted head office and the same response. Shocking. For that amount of money, you’d expect quality… #catboxhyper

Hi. Please let me recommend Cat Box Bloemfontein and their staff. Firstly, store very well stocked and staff knowledgeable of products, and regular clients!! They remember precisely what one buys regularly, informing one of specials or those or any other product related. I hope Head Office reads this too, or else it will indeed be a Black Friday if they don't receive recognition down to the Packers also. Thank you all
