Terrible service
I have been a customer for years and years. They charge a R 250 delivery fee only to get told by Linden Branch they only deliver scratchposts etc they dont deliver cat 40kg cat litter bags!😡 I phoned Thycor who delivers the cat litter to them and they told me that they can't deliver the cat litter to me,only Cat Box Hyper can! Mr Delivery only delivers 10kg bags so when you're a goid customer and don't have transport do you rather get rid of your cats?😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not very helpful receptionist
Norton Rose Fullbright,who is Marrikie Bekker's boss? Your receptionist declined to tell me. This is relating to her treed causing extensive damage to my property, what I got was a barrage of insults insulting me. Kindly provide me with her boss's email because this case was taken to court years ago before she bought the house. These people are too ******** that its there trees causing the damage. Kindly inform her that she will be liable for the damages.

Spar Blairgowrie price increase on Husky 775g is a total ripoff!
Spar Blairgowrie really thinks consumers are stupid! One tin of Husky 775g used to cost R 39,99 today it costs R 52,99 or R 53,99! No it's not attributed to the drastic price increase because these are the prices for the same product elsewhere: 1. Makro R 34,95 2. Amazon R 23,37 3. 6 tins at another supermarket R 209,95! Talk about being greedy!

Why does Volpes Ferndale want your ID number for rewards that apparently is only applicable to Discovery members ?
Friendly staff abd helpful staff,just curious as to why they insist on you giving them your ID number that's apparently for rewards,but when I googled this it's only for Discovery members. I am not a Discovery member so why not just specify that its only for Discovery members? Also,I don't like just giving my ID number to strangers.

Charlotte Maxeke dental hospital. Please can someone assist. I just can't get an appointment at Charlotte maxeke Maxillo unit that does root canals and crowns. You can get help with tooth extractions and fillings but nothing else. I have a file there. I've been trying sonce February. I cannot afford a dentist. I was given telephone numbers but noone answers .

Useless COJ Braamfontein
I am.being harassed daily by City of Jhb accounts dept re account 401621686. They DO NOT OFFER SOLUTIONS, ONLY THREATS! I want to make an affordable AOD over 60 months,they refuse! I am destitute but they dont care,yesterday they handed me over to lawyers so Im being harassed every single day! They refuse to listen to what I can pay. I'm applying for debt rehabilitation...they refuse to listen. They deliberately overstated the value of a totally dilapidated property just to get double rates,Ive been to ombudsman, unsuccessfull! I am totally exhausted by dealing with COJ and often think if I commit suicide I won't have to deal with this. All they do is bully! If you lose your job in South Africa youve had it. They kept on coercing me to sign AOD'S that they knew I couldn't pay because I told them I lost my job,they dont care ,if you dont sign AOD they disconnect you. I am desperately looking for work,being educated doesn't help because age ************** is another factor so i have to start my own business. I want to sign an AOD over 60 months but they refuse so what do i do? I'm destitute but that doesn't count. Exhausted from COJ.

Unhelpful and rude staff at Postnet in Braamfischer Branch.
Postnet Bramfischer used to be excellent and extremely helpful, not anymore since they changed ownership!!! The extremely unhelpful ,its a flat out no from the assistant that I cant access efiling on their computers anymore and they scan and upload the docs on sars app. All the previous staff used to be able to do it. This woman has real attitude,it's not the first time she's been unhelpful and last time in the shop rude.

Dishonest Cat Samaritan
Annita Hendriks from The Cat Samaritan got a massive cat food donation from McMac under the pretense that she was from Friends of the Cat. She know Jackie from Friends of the cats well making this possible. All the cat food is being used solely to feed her around 30 cats. Because of a disagreement all my rescues are not getting any food. The point is this woman should never have got the food donation in the first place! Also note that The Cat Samaritan does not have a valid NPO number and has never applued for la tax exemption at SARS in.order to make her business legit.
