Cat S31 false advertising

Cat phones really aren't as tough and rugged as advertised. Mine fell half a meter and the screen is broken into pieces. This after the speaker kept on breaking. Now I got a R1699 quote from vodacom who sold me this **** fone that froze very often, to fix a screen that is according to CAT advertising 'drop proof'. I feel ripped off.
