REFUND FROM CATERPILLAR MEDICUS

I bought 3 pairs of boots in December 2024 and they delivered 15Jan 2025. I log a return and the shoes were collected on the 20th. To date I'm still fighting for my refund. They don't respond yo emails and no telephone number where you can call them. On one of my emails, I asked if they ever respond then the guy with the name if Jaco said the paper work is done and the finance will be done. What frustrate me is that the service is do poor. Is like you are speaking to ghosts. I don't think I will ever shop with them anymore. The service is do horrible.
