Worst shoe manufacturers
Good day shocked with service I received from caterpillar I got a pair of shoes that disintegrating after 6 months of having the this happened over December so I thought I will send them in in the new year thinking they have a 12 month warranty but I was wrong. My fight is in the box there is a stamp with a date 2021 is this a manufacturer date or expire date, Making my shoes 3 year old already this is a big consern. You are buy the shoes already old. So I am sorry caterpillar this is shocking and I will not be supporting you again and my friend and family.

REFUND FROM CATERPILLAR MEDICUS
I bought 3 pairs of boots in December 2024 and they delivered 15Jan 2025. I log a return and the shoes were collected on the 20th. To date I'm still fighting for my refund. They don't respond yo emails and no telephone number where you can call them. On one of my emails, I asked if they ever respond then the guy with the name if Jaco said the paper work is done and the finance will be done. What frustrate me is that the service is do poor. Is like you are speaking to ghosts. I don't think I will ever shop with them anymore. The service is do horrible.

Beware of Caterpillar
Really poor quality. I ordered a pair of Cats apa Cush and the right shoe has something wrong with the stitching and is eating into my foot after a few hours. I can't wear them any further. Highly overpriced for severe foot pain.

Beware of Caterpillar
Really poor quality. I ordered a pair of Cats apa Cush and the right shoe has something wrong with the stitching and is eating into my foot after a few hours. I can't wear them any further. Highly overpriced for severe foot pain.

Caterpillar shoes JUST NOT WORTH IT.
I used to be a CATERPILLAR shoes fan. Used to.. Why is it , that such a well established brand go on to make INFERIOR shoes??? I mean really. I paid as near as it makes no difference R 3000 for caterpillar Intruder. Looks great. Unfortunately AND Ironically they did not even last 5 months . They tore on the sides. I know that the CATERPILLAR shoes devision, doesn't and will never have the honesty and integrity to make contact with me and replace the shoes. And these are not the only CATERPILLAR shoes I bought . I bought a pair of Frontrunner - Inferior a pair of Caterpillar boots - Inferior Inferior Inferior. What a pity

Caterpillar Revive shoes
I bought a new pair of Caterpillar Revive shoes. I am doing maintenance on houses,from the roof down. I am EXTREMELY hard on shoes. I needed something extraordinary i.t.o Comfort, Durability and Grip. I also suffer from chronic lower back pain,so this investment simply HAD to cover all these important aspects. I am a First time Caterpillar shoe customer. The results are far greater than what I expected. This is undoubtedly the best pair of shoes I owned in my entire life of 45 years. A couple months ago, I bought a cordless Caterpillar Drill 18v and because of this amazing tool that also exceeded all my expectations,I opted for the Caterpillar shoes. WELL DONE CATERPILLAR for offering such incredible products. And thank you. I am Completely sold on the Caterpillar brand,and will never even look at any other shoe brand other than Caterpillar. Thanks to the whole Caterpillar team.

Very bad quality and customer service
I paid about R2000 for a pair of boots. The soles started showing air bubbles after about six months, these bubbles later turned into cracks. The boots where properly cared for an not used on rough terrain. Firstly their customer service took about 3 weeks to get back to me, I had to phone them to eventually get a final response. They said the bubbles and cracks are because of normal wear and tear, and falls outside their 6 month warranty. Do not spend this amount of money on a brand that has clearly lowered their standards.

Declining Quality
Really impressed by delivery speed. Unfortunately am not happy at all with the boots. Bought a size 8 cause my existing CAT boots are an 8 and fit fine but these are incredibly tight across foot. Also nearly killed myself slipping on a wet tiled floor which has never happened to me in previous CAT boots. Next time I’ll buy something else.

Declining Quality
