Very bad quality and customer service

I paid about R2000 for a pair of boots. The soles started showing air bubbles after about six months, these bubbles later turned into cracks. The boots where properly cared for an not used on rough terrain. Firstly their customer service took about 3 weeks to get back to me, I had to phone them to eventually get a final response. They said the bubbles and cracks are because of normal wear and tear, and falls outside their 6 month warranty. Do not spend this amount of money on a brand that has clearly lowered their standards.
