I am writing this as fnb call center are not helpful at all I called in twice to cancel a revolving lone that I was declined and to this day still not joy with fnb. I hope they see my message and contact me to resolve thus matter ASAP.
Good day shocked with service I received from caterpillar I got a pair of shoes that disintegrating after 6 months of having the this happened over December so I thought I will send them in in the new year thinking they have a 12 month warranty but I was wrong. My fight is in the box there is a stamp with a date 2021 is this a manufacturer date or expire date, Making my shoes 3 year old already this is a big consern. You are buy the shoes already old. So I am sorry caterpillar this is shocking and I will not be supporting you again and my friend and family.

The service and help desk is shocking I have no internet and cannot get through to there call center. I was told to call them to log my fault by DSL telecom. I had done this and was told to call when my line was faulty. So I did and I was telling them it was load shedding and my line was not working, I asked them if there exchange had a ups or battery's then I was told where I could buy a ups for my equipment, when I explained to the agent I have a ups and all of my equipment is on a ups and the only problem was that the line was down. Where is the level of skill? I have tried calling this evening a number of times and not able to get to the call center, I am sitting with out internet this is the worst service ever.
I have loged faults with them and never get anything resolved again I am sitting with out internet on a Saturday evening I am passed of. You can't get any feed back from them. I NEED THIS SORTED OR I AM GOING TO A DIFFERENT ISP.
Once again no help from fnb I think they go out of there way not to help there customers. I need to talk to someone that when they lose a customers they feel it in there pocket the people I am talking to get a salary at the end of the month whether they have lost 20 customers or made 20 customers. I want a senior manager that understands my frustration and not just a call center agent as they not worried about my problem with FNB. This is my last try with fnb I will be hanging this matter to a attorney think I might get somewhere that way.
I am shocked with the bad service I am receiving from the, I am considering changing banks.
A technician was out at my house to install a new line when I questioned him about the dp which has been open to weather for over 6 years his response to me was that he will cover it with a plastic and left with out even installing my line I'm very disappointed in this what kind of people do you have working for you if you staff don't care about the service they are offering the client so when will I get my line and when will the dp be fixed
