REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THE CATERQUIP BALLITO BRANCH!!!! Received the WRONG product and demanded a refund and they just refused to refund me for THEIR mistake -

Instead of advising me that what I'm looking for is not available, they sent me something I do not want and blamed ME for not reading the invoice correctly

After our driver drove to EMPANGENI to collect the CORRECT product that THEY did not have, he arrived at Empangeni just to open up a box that STILL has the INCORRECT product inside. They will not carry the transport fees and simply blamed me for not double checking the invoice, no responsibility was taken for their mistake and no apologies was made.

I've never worked with a company that cared so little for their customers, really really pathetic service and empty promises was made and never kept, no refund was made, and shoulders was pulled up

Will never do business with CaterQuip Ballito again and won't ever refer anyone there either
