REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THE CATERQUIP BALLITO BRANCH!!!! Received the WRONG product and demanded a refund and they just refused to refund me for THEIR mistake - Instead of advising me that what I'm looking for is not available, they sent me something I do not want and blamed ME for not reading the invoice correctly After our driver drove to EMPANGENI to collect the CORRECT product that THEY did not have, he arrived at Empangeni just to open up a box that STILL has the INCORRECT product inside. They will not carry the transport fees and simply blamed me for not double checking the invoice, no responsibility was taken for their mistake and no apologies was made. I've never worked with a company that cared so little for their customers, really really pathetic service and empty promises was made and never kept, no refund was made, and shoulders was pulled up Will never do business with CaterQuip Ballito again and won't ever refer anyone there either Disgusting is all I can say!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I’m sorry if I come across as rude but I’m looking for Ubai Bhomat he is a farmer working with cash & carry in PMB who’s been running away from what he had done to me he’s ignoring my calls running away from what he had done to me I’m currently in pain and struggling because he **** to me and I’m left to suffer .

good day i boght 167m² of tiles from the shop on the 18/02/2022.i was waiting 2 weeks for delivery,afer the first 3 days i called to find out were is the tiles i was told thay will call me back,then i got a call saying there was a shortige of the tiles i wanted thay will get the rest for me from some one els.a nuther wheek went past i called again to ask where is the tiles.thay will call me back,so i got a call saying thay have all the tiles and will deliver the same day for me.so n hour later i got a call telling me sorry most of the tiles is broken when thay took it out from the wearhouse,so i say oky please refund me so i can go and look for uther tiles some where els.i had to email head office for that,so i did.i got called again asking if i can not use a bigger tile that i just can cut,i told them that the regulatiins of the job that the tiles are for dus not allow me to cut it in half due to sharp eging then .i want a refund please,its now the 4/03/2022 thay refuse to pay me back .legal actions will be the next step now.thank you.

On 15 December 2020 I contacted Cater quip to order a NEW candy floss machine and Abu reply and said that they do have NEW machines available. I've ask Abu how much it's gone cost me for the machine to be delivered an he told me R2000 to Vaalwater, (200km from Pretoria), I then asked a family friend to pick it up for me to avoid additional costs. On the 18th of December I've received my machine and it was all wrapped up with bubble wrap and not even in a box.... when I took of the wrap, I've realized that the head of the machine was badly scratched, and the colour of the machine was faded. When I started the machine and pour in sugar it burned and tripped the main switch....I then phoned Abu who sold this machine to me and asked him what is the story, so he told me that the machine I purchased was a demo/display machine...... I mean really, I've paid for a brand new one and this is what I got.... Then he told me to send it back so that he can replace it with a new one. I live 200km from Cater quip and it’s not possible for me to just jump in the car and bring it to them.... I then arranged with the friend who picked it up the first time to swap it for me with the new one which was smaller than the first one, but I did agree on the smaller one.... then I received the new one I think it was on the 23 Dec 2020.... I tested it at my house, and it was working. After the test I worked with it for a second time and then it wasn't used until yesterday 6 Jan 2021. I started the machine and it made a short at the heat control section. And from then on, the element on the machine was over heating and the heat controller doesn't work at all... I contact Abu via Whatsapp and he told me I must bring it in to be repaired. This is a New machine that shouldn't be repaired the 3de time you use it... I feel that the service I've received is unacceptable we drove 2 times to Pretoria which adds up to R4000 if they had to deliver it. This is not a save place to buy you catering equipment. I've lost but I've also learned.

I was so devastated with the service I received from CaterQuip EMpangeni. I had a machine that was not working which is under warranty instead of changing what was faulty they decided to repair the same and gave me an attitude thereafter if I'm requesting them to replace a new pot for popcorn machine.

Complainant: Grace Bates <br> Cell: 084 402 0527<br> Supplier telephone number: 011 499 0070/74/92<br> <br> Purchase Invoice number: IN100498<br> <br> Kindly note that the above sandwich toaster was purchase and became damaged whilst under during guarantee. <br> The item was referred back to them and after almost 4 weeks they advise I should pay R350. I am not willing to do that as their invoice has no terms and condtions for the guarantee. <br> The salesperson on telephonic enquiry led me to believe that I will be given a new item but after me chasing them this was not the case.<br> I want my toaster returned to me without payment as their guarantee conditions should be stipulated properly. Their after sales service is pathetic. <br> <br> Kindly assist me in this regard<br> <br> <br>
