DAMAGED ITEM UNDER GUARANTEE NO WILLING TO REPAIR

I am not willing to do that as their invoice has no terms and condtions for the guarantee. <br> The salesperson on telephonic enquiry led me to believe that I will be given a new item but after me chasing them this was not the case.<br> I want my toaster returned to me without payment as their guarantee conditions should be stipulated properly. Their after sales service is pathetic. <br> <br> Kindly assist me in this regard<br> <br> <br>
