I struggle with prepaid airtime being gobbled up I need to load 30 day whatsapp bundles twice or three times a month.
UJ refuses to pay a refund due to me after an External bursary paid the full fees. They are in possession of the contract which states that the registration fees is covered. The reason why I paid the registration fees was because they block potential students and give the place to other students sometimes not even meeting the minimum requirements. Their practices are discriminatory and unfortunately no one gets to the bottom of why students protest every year. They disrespect people, lie to you when you phone and senior management and council not available or accessible they simply ignore your emails.
The advertising pertaining to clearscore is misleading, as since I can remember everything you apply for is declined irrespective of a good credit profile. They just keep your information to gain subscription monies from their customers and want to offer you insurance products

Premium for credit life, disability and retrenchment not adjusted after bulk payment. FNB fails to adjust premiums for above when the liability which it is suppose to cover decreases. This is contractually incorrect. They cannot charge a fixed premium when the capital of the loan decreases. I want to premium adjusted as they indicated their rates as R2.80 per R1000. I was refunded by SSDA and I paid Discovery Health the amount of R830.00 sent them proof of payment, it was sent to finance department to confirm receipt to date no feedback since the 30 January 2023. I also want the Default enquiry updated with ITC immediately. I also want to know how one could log a default on the credit bureau when Discovery was aware that the amount went into their debt collector account SSDA. I struggled with the recovery of the said funds. This was just an unpleasant situation that could have been dealt with better.
I am beyond annoyed with Discovery Health and SSDA, their debt Administrators. To date no progress, I still await the proof of payment from SSDA that the monies was paid over to Discovery. The fact that Discovery opened a bank account in their name for debt collection instead of SSDA caused this problem. I will report SSDA to LPC and Discovery Health to CMS. Discovery knowing what transpired had the audacity to blacklist me for the very same amount. This is nothing short of harassment.
