Truly Terrible Service - Rude and Don't Care Attitude.

This business should not even get 1 star. Truly *********** service. They are rude and NEVER respond to enquires, only when it suits them. They also struggle to answer questions regarding certain aspects of licensing. They make big promises they cannot keep and mislead customers. Due to this my drivers license was made out with the wrong surname, yet they assured me with the right documentation all would be ok... after all this not. They take weeks to get back to a person and just do not care at all about their clients or the urgency that comes with renewing licenses and sorting out matters connected to the licensing department. They have a whatsapp line which is useless because messages are read and not responded to and no follow up either. I am still waiting to get the price for collection of cards whoch would have been convenient for me however I will make other plans. Do not waste money here, best to just do everything yourself.. cheaper and you will at least know what is going on. This is so sad because we used their services a lot without problem but lately its disappointment upon disappointment.
