Why would one pay a company to “Q4U” as advertised? Reason??? So you don’t have to stand in a queue at the license department for a day. Even though Cathy’s Wilropark promises that they will deliver between 2 a 4 business days it has been 8 business days since I paid them to sort out my car license disc. Yet it seems nothing is being done if you don’t go there in person to try to sort it out. At least when you go to the licensing office you get what you came for… You stand there the whole day but you get a license disc at the end of the day and you get feedback. Where as if you pay Cathy’s WilroPark your phone calls don’t get answered ,your WhatsApp don’t rep****, even though you go in person they keep coming with excuses. I have been told that they couldn’t finalise this because they didn’t have proof of payment even though I sent proof of payment through already .They kept making excuses and only when I went in it seemed that they were doing something about it. I would not recommend Cathy’s Wilropark to anyone to do their license. They do not have good customer service. Yes they do give you a discount on your fines but how long does it take before you get what you were asking for? I’ve been told that they had a break in and that’s why they are not replying to WhatsApp that’s why the process is slow cause they only have one laptop . If you provide a service that relies on technology surely you have Insurance ? And you would be able to get a laptop so that your business can work more effectively ? The lady who was assisting me keep calling me Tannie even though I could clearly see she’s about 15 years older than me? That is not a very professional experience. They keep making excuses but not following Through .
